Abstract

This dissertation explores the safety of vaccines administered during pregnancy and their subsequent effects on neonatal outcomes, addressing the critical issue of potential adverse effects on newborns associated with maternal immunization practices. Utilizing quantitative data extracted from clinical trials and observational studies, the research analyzes vaccine safety profiles and incidence rates of neonatal complications, while also considering relevant demographic factors. The findings indicate that vaccinated mothers exhibit no significant increase in the risk of adverse neonatal outcomes compared to unvaccinated counterparts, with data showcasing a reduction in specific neonatal complications among vaccinated populations.
