Abstract
Background: The prevalence of malnutrition and depression is high among TB patients. The goal of this study was to assess the nutritional status and depression as well as understand their association with various sociodemographic determinants. Methods: Total 180 consenting TB patients aged more than 18 years, who were on anti-TB treatment were selected from a tertiary care hospital within 2 years. Sociodemographic data, BMI classification and PHQ-9 were included in the questionnaire.
