Abstract
Metabolic Reproductive Syndrome (MRS) represents a complex intersection of endocrine disruptions and metabolic dysregulation, most commonly manifested in conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Characterized by insulin resistance, obesity, and dyslipidemia, MRS significantly impairs reproductive health, leading to anovulation and subfertility. While pharmacological treatments exist, they often address symptoms rather than the underlying metabolic drivers.
Objective: This research explores the efficacy of non-pharmacological strategies—specifically structured lifestyle modifications and targeted dietary interventions—in restoring hormonal balance and improving reproductive outcomes in individuals diagnosed with MRS.
