Abstract
The aim of this study is to summarizes the peer-reviewed literature as investigated for the last decades on the effects of these radiations on various aspects of human health.
Conclusion: Mobile phones have revolutionized communication, making it instant and accessible worldwide. Today it is pervasive & has become an integral part of our livelihood. Owing to its increased importance, mobile telecommunication infrastructures are parallelly perpetuating at an alarming exponential rate. In has been evident from several studies that for the basic operation of cellular phone a widespread human exposure to radio-frequency energy (RFE) is required, & it works in association with mobile base stations & towers providing network coverages in most areas. This has raised deep concern about the potential effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) emitted from such cellular devices & network towers.
