Permissions are considered on an individual basis and must be received in writing. When requesting permission to use or reproduce material contained in the website, please provide the following information:

  • First Author

Identify the specific figure or table number(s)or other items you wish to use: e.g. abstracts, excerpts,quotations,complete articles

Identify purpose: Meeting handouts, continuing education, information to support a product or service, etc.

State whether advertising is involved: Sponsors or other funders affiliated with the distribution of this material.

REPRINTS

Reprint requests should be addressed to business@cjcp.ca. The costs for reprints is based upon the size of the article and the number of copies requested. This information will be provided with each inquiry.
